We all use our voices to communicate, sing, whisper, laugh, cry ...

But?

We are present to ourselves, here and now. We are aware of our breathing, our heart beat, our body is alive. We are trying to silence within ourselves by letting the mind (the one that says, judge, compare ... - when it points its nose, we look pass like a cloud in the sky.)

this morning by my excercices Chi-Quong outside in the sun, a flash came to me that really touched me and I want to share.
Subject: finding harmony between oneself and outside oneself (others, nature ...)
For a moment I experienced that when a group sings Unison leader in listening to others, this unison is difficult to obtain. By cons, when the group sang a unison by listening to vibrate in unison inside ... a nice moves!
From the inside we perceive our own vibration and that of others, and we try to put ourselves spontaneously "in tune", thereby enhancing the vibration of the other. The result is a sound fuller, more enveloping. By directing our listening to each other, but forgetting to really listen to itself, this "agreement" can be obtained.
This morning I became aware of the extension of the concept of harmony of sounds and harmony at all.
We can not get that beautiful harmony with what surrounds us, that if we truly listen to ourselves ... if we are to present ourselves. Ie, lorqui we relate to our essential being.
Without listening to our depth, we "manufacture" a harmony from our imagination. We try to create something with the "idea" that inspires the concept of harmony, but without the experience ....

Imagine a guitar that fills a lot of things: rags, nails, boxes, paper ... it really does not sound right?
