Like any association, SFS must renew its officers from time to time. Therefore we are looking for a motivated group of three persons among engineering students at INSA (Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary) to take over the reins of the Association.

had decided to conduct a humanitarian action to participate in our scale development of a key issue especially dear to our heart, namely education.

this morning by my excercices Chi-Quong outside in the sun, a flash came to me that really touched me and I want to share.
Subject: finding harmony between oneself and outside oneself (others, nature ...)
For a moment I experienced that when a group sings Unison leader in listening to others, this unison is difficult to obtain. By cons, when the group sang a unison by listening to vibrate in unison inside ... a nice moves!

Kios is a new importer of quality Chinese scooters.
Here the peculiarities of their range of scooters:

We therefore tested the VX kios 45 for one hour in central Paris and we took the opportunity to do a little comparison with the reference "peugeot Scoot'elec.

Design and finishing equipment

First laps

latency startup and acceleration is pretty good for a speed meter of 55km / h in a straight line.
The engine is very quiet even at startup only a small hissing sound. Braking is effective with a brake with front disc and drum brake at the rear.
The low-speed maneuvers are very easy because the kios shows only 98 kg on the scales a feat for an electric scooter!

Ribs, Duo, Battery

level performance, it is almost as good as the Peugeot Scoot'elec.
The motor is silent and can not feels almost no lag at startup.
Acceleration is easily measurable in contrast to other models.
Lightness and 10-inch wheels make this scooter an ideal machine for the city and to get through.
It is basically very easy to learn, and of course it's a real pleasure as quiet operation. Now remains to see the reliability of all time ...

1 Introduction


We are 3 students in engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) of Rouen. In 3 of us, we represent two departments of the Institute (Fine Chemicals and Engineering, and Master of Industrial Risks and Environmental Impacts) and 3 countries (France, Moldova and Romania). So we have a broader vision of our world, which raised awareness and helped us choose a project to socio-humanitarian most interesting.


Our goal is to help effectively and sustainably populations in need and, in particular, children who have not had the chance to enjoy a social ideal for their development. For this we are working with an existing association, Samtoul based in Satu Mare, northern Romania, whose goal is to come assistance to abandoned children in Romania and families in need.


Although small, our project offers hope for many young people who have high expectations of their country's entry into the European Union and close collaboration with member states that it will generate.


Indeed, we want to improve the living conditions of young Noroieni and its surroundings, by providing socio-educational center of the village the equipment needed to eat dishes and other kitchen utensils.

With its entry in 2007 into the European Union, Romania is in a delicate period of transition or how to move from a dictatorship to a recent free trade policy. The changes involved are brutal and the country needs to be accompanied, assisted by the founding members such as France, to succeed her integration.


In addition to difficulties caused by a weak economy (strong devaluation of the leu, the local currency and low purchasing power), Romania has to manage the problem of the many children living on the street. Many of them have been abandoned or abused, but the country's current situation does not allow him to find effective solutions.


Thus, for successful entry into the EU, Romania needs help and especially from small projects like ours.



2 .2 Asociaţa Samtoul

Association Samtoul (Asociaţa Samtoul, in Romanian) was founded in 2001 by a French, Dominique Auban. Its name comes from the contraction of the city of Satu Mare (Sam), a region of action of the association, and Toulouse (Toul), hometown of Mr. Auban. This combination creates

2 .3 The village Noroieni


Noroieni is a small village in north- Western Romania, near the town of Satu Mare (130 000 inhabitants), the Hungarian border. There is a population of 300 inhabitants, of Orthodox, Catholic or Greek Catholic. It also speaks Romanian well as Hungarian.



2 .4 Center


The socio-educational center of the village of Noroieni was created in 2005 by the Association Samtoul. This is a place of welcome, training and education especially for children, which helps improve the lives of young Romanians in the area.


This was established from the rehabilitation of the former "Camin Culural "or the village hall. It can accommodate forty children aged 7-18 years.



Each day a different activity is offered at this center: French courses, computer training, karate, crafts, games and contests. A dance is also held once a month and a movie night twice a month. The center also offers meetings around a guest actor in economic, political or social area.

3 Reflection and conclusion

During the stay in Noroieni was able to share an interesting discussion with Mr. Auban. With experience of over 10 years with the poorest people in Romania, he has seen the country move in all its aspects: economic, social, political and eventually earn his place and join the European Union in 2007. Dominique Auban remark that although Romania does not yet meet the country behind the EU, it is no longer part of poor countries, but countries in the developing world.

Thus, something dear to her heart: it wants longer speak of humanitarian aid for various projects that are supporting his action, but development aid, which will develop projects that best meet the needs of Romania. Indeed, development assistance promotes the growth of people we help so that humanitarian aid is a form of solidarity and charity, without any projection on the long term.

Also note that, because of the country's accession to the European Union, Romania is obliged to implement very quickly a very sophisticated system of standards, although it lacks the number enough experts to deal with this. Thus, institutions such as orphanages or other facilities for children who can not afford to finance expertise and implementation of these standards are doomed to disappear, which could prove disastrous for Youth the country.

Mr. Auban would therefore make future projects on this important nuance. This particular research teams capable of working within a legislative framework, training people with European standards, offering technical advice, without neglecting the financial aspects. Project Romania-Nourishing the Spirit humanitarian







"Feeding the Spirit" is a humanitarian project conducted by four engineering students from the INSA Rouen, which aims to help the Literacy Senegalese women.

We have always had all the four great desire to make ourselves useful and help people South.

"Give a man a fish and you feed HIM for a day. Teach a man how to fish and you feed HIM for a lifetime."

We named our project "Feeding the Spirit" because we strongly believe that through the education , by enriching the mind, that countries such as Senegal, will be able to develop and " feed " their entire population.

We work in cooperation with the Senegalese Association FIPA (International Forum on Peace in Africa) who works for the rights of children and women.

The aim of this project is the construction of classrooms that will accommodate seventy Senegalese women. This project is an opportunity for these women to access the education, a right which should be universal.

Why this project?

At the sight of low literacy rate of Senegalese women (29% against 56% for men), we thought it was important to provide universal basic education, a factor of sustainable development and core business strategy fight against poverty.

The figures show, women who are educated tend to have fewer children and they are healthier . They have more chance of being school and stay longer in school. Very often women who are responsible for the education of children in Senegal, thus by being literate, they will have a good influence on their offspring.

Using the knowledge and skills acquired through education, they will have more chance to play an active role in decisions within their families and their community.

In summary, education women initiates a positive gear.

We visited the area last April to buy furniture, school supplies and textbooks. Thus, we were able to meet Senegalese women and equip classrooms with them. The courses have now started and more than seventy women can now learn to read and write.

We do not want to do a humanitarian point but put it in the long term. Indeed, we believe it is important after literacy, to develop this type of action and why not, if everything works well, continue in this direction in other regions. In addition, we mainly focused on women, but many activities are also to carry children for and infrastructure facilities.

We are therefore now looking for students who would be motivated to continue in this direction that we have already achieved. In our case, we expect to continue working with FIPA, our goal is that more women have access to education, they can be masters of their future and contribute to development their p ays.
