In the way we communicate with our surroundings (and ourselves) we are governed by our ego. This ego has multifaceted, we interchangeons depending on whether we are in a context of work, family, friends or other ...

These "facets", we will address as "masks of the Comedia del arte" in this course.

For the Games to go I meet.

What is the mask that holds me hostage? What is my mask used in extreme situations? What is the mask that I did not know yet?

Like voice tells us our inner tensions and the way we manage our emotional life, it is intimately linked to our "masks".

This course invites to a discovery of oneself and one's voice.

It is aimed at all age
